How to Review Opportunity Applicants – App Support Center

Once a job/training is posted to the our network, it becomes visible to all app users and they can begin applying to your opportunity. If you've selected that users can apply to the opportunity in the platform, when creating the listing, their applications will begin coming through the platform within the 'opportunities' tab.

Where Can I See Applicants?

Navigate to the 'Opportunities' tab within your organization account
Navigate to 'Applications' and you will see all applications for your opportunities
You will be able to see an applicants name, the applicants profile, any PDF documents they added to their application, the opportunity they applied for, their status in your company's hiring process, and the date they applied

Learning More About Applicants

Every application is associated with a user's profile. Click into their profile to learn more about their professional and training experiences
To begin a conversation with a user, you have the ability as an organization admin/owner to message them through the platform messaging

What is the Applicant Tracking System?

Stages: you will notes that every applicant has a status associated with their application. The statuses are applied, reviewed, interviewed, hired, rejected
- Admins and organization owners have the ability to move applicants through the different stages of the hiring process as they review applicants, interview, and learn more about their fit for a role
Private Notes: Organization admins/owners have the ability to add private notes to applicants' applications for other org admins/owners to see. This can help track feedback about applicants in one place, with only the hiring team able to view.
Applicant Communications: As applicants are moved through the different stages of the interview process, they will receive communications via app push notifications and email about their application. As an org admin/owner you also have the ability to message applicants through the messaging portal on behalf of your organization.

Notifications

As an org admin/owner you can expect to receive both email and app push notifications each time someone applies to an opportunity that you've posted to the app.
