Organizations have two options for getting their job opportunities or training opportunities on the platform:
- Job Scrape: We can automatically pull listings from organization's careers page.
- Manual Posting: Organizations can add opportunities directly through the app.
Only organization owners and admins can post job opportunities or training opportunities on behalf of an organization.
Getting Started with Manually Posting Opportunities
- Navigate to the top of your profile and toggle to your organization account.
- Once signed in as your organization, go to the Opportunities tab.
- Click 'New Opportunity +' and select 'Job Opportunity' or 'Training and Education Opportunity' depending on the type of listing you want to create.
- Fill out the requested details (screenshot below)—remember, the more information you provide, the more likely you are to attract qualified applicants!
Publishing/Closing Opportunities
- By publishing your job or training listing, it becomes public to all members.
- You can unpublish or archive a listing at any time and it'll no longer be visible on the job board.
- If you're no longer hiring for an opportunity, or have hired the right person for the role, you can close the opportunity and it'll no longer be visible.
